Pohjolan Voima Oy organisation as at 1 July 2008

Timo Rajala will continue as President and CEO of Pohjolan Voima Oy until 31 December 2011. In addition to him, the members of the Corporate Executive Team are Pertti Simola, Executive Vice President, Minna Korkeaoja, Executive Vice President, Jari Niemelä, Executive Vice President, Jussi Hintikka, Executive Vice President, and Pekka Ottavainen, Executive Vice President.

Mr Simola acts as deputy to the President and CEO and is in charge of legal and competition issues, property, corporate planning, hydropower and wind power, power systems and fuels.

Ms Korkeaoja is responsible for finance, services, communications and corporate responsibility. Mr Niemelä is in charge of thermal power, projects, operations and maintenance, climate and environmental issues, technology, and human resources management. Mr Hintikka is responsible for power procurement, IT, project development and shareholder relations.

Mr Ottavainen will assume responsibility for nuclear power issues, with a focus on OL 3 project-related duties, nuclear power shareholder relations and information and OL 4 project preparation.
