Powest Oy has sold its shares in Power-Deriva Oy

Pohjolan Voima's subsidiary Powest Oy has sold its 45 per shareholding in Power-Deriva Oy. The shareholding was sold to Kokkolan Energia Oy (Kokkola Energy), Oulun Energia Oy (Oulu Energy), Porin Energia Oy (Pori Energy) and Vaasan Sähkö Oy in equal shares. Other shareholders of Power-Deriva are Katternö Oy and Kymppivoima Tuotanto Oy.

Power-DerivaOy was founded in 2000. It provides risk management and analyzing services for electricity and emissions trading. The company itself is not an electricity market party.
