Pohjolan Voima Oyj files a listing application in respect of its EUR 125 million bond

Pohjolan Voima Oyj announced on 4 June 2018 the issuance of a senior unsecured bond of EUR 125 million (the “Bond”). The Bond matures on 8 June 2023 and it carries a fixed annual interest of 1.750 percent.
Pohjolan Voima Oyj has today filed an application with Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd (the “Helsinki Stock Exchange”) for the admission to trading of the Bond on the official list of the Helsinki Stock Exchange.
Subject to the approval of the listing application, Helsinki Stock Exchange is expected to admit the Bond to trading on the official list as of 14 May 2019.
