This privacy statement describes how the Pohjolan Voima Group (hereinafter “Pohjolan Voima”) processes your personal data that Pohjolan Voima may collect when you visit our website or use our services via our website (“the Services”), how this data may be used and processed, and how the data is protected. Pohjolan Voima collects your personal data when you visit our website, subscribe to a newsletter or place an order for other materials, or contact Pohjolan Voima in any other manner. Retention and protection of your personal data

Pohjolan Voima uses appropriate technical and organisational means of protection to limit the use of the personal data in its possession and protect the personal data from loss, unintended deletion, misuse and unauthorised alteration. Access to your personal data is limited to the persons (employees of Pohjolan Voima or service providers) who require the data for the purposes for which the data was collected. When we use third party service providers as an aid in the provision of the Services, such third parties have the right to process your personal data only to the extent required for the service providers to provide the Service we have requested. Pohjolan Voima ensures that data protection has been taken into account to a sufficient extent in all service agreements based on which personal data will be or may be disclosed to parties outside the Group.
