Report Misconduct
It is important to us to act responsibly, transparently, and ethically in everything we do. We want to ensure that any potential misconduct or inappropriate behaviour is brought to our attention and can be addressed appropriately.
We have implemented a reporting channel in accordance with the Whistleblower Protection Act, through which our external stakeholders – such as suppliers and partners – can confidentially report violations or other suspected misconduct or concerning activities related to our company’s operations.
You can make a report anonymously, but the identity of the reporter will be protected as required by law even when you make a report in your own name. All reports are handled confidentially by an independent party. The matter is always handled by designated individuals who are obligated to maintain confidentiality and protect personal data.
The channel is intended for reporting situations such as:
- Suspected bribery or corruption
- Conflicts of interest
- Human rights violations
- Violations of competition law
- Data security or privacy breaches
- Discrimination, harassment, or other inappropriate treatment
- Other ethical or illegal violations
The reporter is legally protected against so-called retaliatory actions. In other words, the reporter will not suffer negative consequences for making a report.
We hope that the reporting channel is used responsibly and in good faith. Every report helps us improve our operations and maintain trust with our stakeholders.
How to make a report:
- Go to the reporting channel: Reporting Channel
- Select the language and follow the instructions.
- Describe the incident as clearly and concretely as possible.
- You can attach documents or other materials if you wish.
- Decide whether you want to make the report anonymously or in your own name.
- After making the report, you will receive a reference number that you can use to track the progress of the case or provide additional information later.
